I'll admit that I was the first one to turn down these hot dogs. But, that was before I learned that they would be topped with guacamole, chopped onions, and Sriracha. There are some foods I simply can't resist. Guacamole and Sriracha are two of them. They just make everything taste better.
My friend Glara was inspired to make these delectable hot dogs from an issue of Real
Simple. Unfortunately, the recipe is not on their website. In its place, here is the guacamole recipe that pulled it together, courtesy of Rick. The secret ingredient is mayonnaise.
Hot Dog with Guacamole, Chopped Onions, & Sriracha Sauce

buns
guacamole*
chopped
onions
Sriracha
sauce

Guacamole
3 avocados
1 plum tomato, diced
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
juice from 1/2 lime
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1) Mix avocados, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic
powder, salt, pepper, and 1/2 tomato in a bowl.
2) Top guacamole with the
rest of the tomatoes.
